dida gehört zu den führenden Machine Learning Agenturen in Deutschland – mit spannenden Projekten und Aufträgen in Wissenschaft, öffentlichem Sektor und Industrie. Unser Team besteht hauptsächlich aus Machine Learning Scientists, die aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung und Innovation im Bereich KI mitarbeiten. Zusätzlich haben wir unser erstes KI-Produkt smartextract auf den Markt gebracht – eine Lösung, die die Art und Weise verändert, wie Unternehmen mit Geschäftsdokumenten umgehen.

Wir suchen ab sofort eine*n motivierten Werkstudent*in für Business Development & Sales, um unser dynamisches Team zu unterstützen und mit uns gemeinsam unsere Vision voran zu treiben.

Deine Mission:

Du unterstützt uns dabei, dida und smartextract in ihren jeweiligen Märkten weiter auszubauen – im Bereich Business Development, technischer Vertrieb und Marketing.
Dabei arbeitest du eng mit unserem Head of Marketing & Sales (für unsere Machine Learning Services) und dem Product Owner von smartextract zusammen.
Du hilfst bei der Erstellung, Verwaltung und dem Testen neuer Vertriebsprozesse mit technischem Fokus.
Außerdem analysierst und optimierst du unsere Vertriebsaktivitäten auf datenbasierter Grundlage und hilfst bei der Entscheidungsfindung.
Du führst Marktanalysen und Wettbewerbsrecherchen durch – zum Beispiel durch die Identifikation von Touchpoints und relevanten Stakeholdern via LinkedIn oder innerhalb unseres Partner- und Kundenpools.

Dein Profil

Studierendenstatus: Du bist aktuell an einer Hochschule eingeschrieben – am besten in einem technischen oder wirtschaftsnahen Studiengang (z. B. BWL, VWL, Marketing, Informatik, Ingenieurwesen, Physik, …) – und hast noch mindestens 12 Monate Studium vor dir (gerne mehr).
Sprachen: Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind für uns wichtig – auf Deutsch kannst du dich problemlos verständigen (mind. B2-Niveau). Im Team sprechen wir Englisch, aber die meisten Kundenkontakte laufen auf Deutsch.
Begeisterung für KI: Bei dida entwickeln wir komplexe, technisch anspruchsvolle KI-Lösungen – und wir stehen voll dahinter. Wenn du das spannend findest und mit dieser Begeisterung ins Team kommst, bist du bei uns richtig.
Erfahrung: Erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Business Development oder Vertrieb sind ein Plus – ebenso wie ein grundlegendes Verständnis von KI und Machine Learning. Aber nicht Notwendig.
Verfügbarkeit: Du hast Zeit für 20 Stunden pro Woche und wohnst in Berlin.

Your mission

Are you excited about bringing AI to European enterprises?

dida is one of the leading machine learning agencies with contracts and projects in academia, the public sector and industry. Our team, consisting mostly of Machine Learning Scientists, contributes to developments and innovations in the field of Artificial Intelligence. Additionally, we have launched our first AI product, smartextract, which is changing how companies handle business documents. We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Business Development and Sales Working Student (w/m/d) to join our dynamic team at dida and support us in our mission.

YOUR ROLE

You will help us grow dida and smartextract in their respective industries by supporting us in our business development, technical sales and marketing activities,
You will work closely with our head of marketing and sales regarding our machine learning services and the product owner of smartextract,
You will support them in the creation, management and testing of new technical sales processes
And with the evaluation, optimization and data-driven decision making, regarding our sales activities.
And you will carry out market research and competitive analyses, for example by identifying touchpoints and important stakeholders through LinkedIn, within the pool of our potential partners and customers.

Your Profile

Student status: You are currently enrolled as a student in a technical or business-related field (business, economics, marketing, computer science, engineering, physics, ...) with at least 12 months (preferably more) remaining in your academic program.
Language proficiency: German and English are essential - communicating in German is easy for you (German at a level of B2 or higher). While any team communication can take place in english, a large portion of our customer communication is in German.
Excitement for AI: At dida, we're really excited to develop technically sophisticated AI solutions that solve complex problems. We believe that our work matters and that this is the foundation of great work. Therefore, we're looking for a team member that is equally excited.
Previous experience: While not mandatory, any experience in the area of business development / sales is a plus, as well as some understanding of AI and Machine Learning solutions.
Working hours: You can commit to 20 hours per week and reside in Berlin.
